I am more of a Sales, Marketing and IT consultant. As per me : Knowing what the customer (consumer) wants. Then Understand what he buys. The customer buys on instinct and past experience. Influencing him to buy your product is the trick. CRM, ERP and Business Analytics with the right offer to influence him is what the Retailer should be prepared with.
Mamta you mentioned the following as problems concerning the logistics for retailers ?
* Tax System in our country * Trained Staff * Educating the customer * Lack of Industry Status * Lack of Financial Support. * Complicated Licensing Structure * Lack of Single Trademark for Retail
Can you expand throw light on these. Maybe there could be a solution in how we address these issues. Look at these as opportunities rather than problems.
Regards,
Jocelyn.
